Packaging Boxes Statement
We are very proud of our sustainable packaging and want to share how we are working hard to tread lightly with sourcing our postal packaging in a sustainable way. We use environmentally friendly Eco Flo which is a natural packaging material, 100% biodegradable, fully compostable, and manufactured from annually renewable sources.
The tissue paper and boxes are FSC sourced and all our paper labels are printed locally on FSC paper with natural rubber adhesive. Even our tape is 100% recyclable, so there is no need to separate from the carton!
We then use our very local post office for delivery and a brilliant service!
If you change your mind (order cancellation):
Once you have received your products from Chilcott, you have seven calendar days to change your mind. We want to make sure you are completely happy with our products. Should you be unhappy in any way with the product, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund. You must do this either by email, or in writing (see Contact Us). Once your cancellation request has been received, your refund will be processed. Refunds are typically processed within a couple of days. At the latest your refund will be processed within 28 days of receiving your order cancellation request. The refund will be a full refund including the cost of shipping.
Returning products after order cancellation:
You have the option of returning the goods to us, at your cost, or arranging a time for us to pick up the goods. If you choose for us to pick up the goods, any costs we incur in doing so will be deducted from the amount of the refund. It is your responsibility to keep the goods in saleable condition.
What to do if you receive a defective or faulty product:
This should never happen, but if you do receive a product from us that is faulty or defective, you have the option of either a replacement at no extra cost, or a no questions asked refund including the cost of shipping. Let us know which you prefer (see Contact Us). Either way we will send you a prepaid mailer in which to return the faulty product to us.
What to do if a product becomes defective or faulty after use:
Again this should never happen, but if you do find your product becomes defective sooner than should be reasonably expected, let us know (see Contact Us). We will provide a replacement at no charge. Along with the replacement we will send you a prepaid mailer in which to return the faulty product to us.
