BTS of our Lavender Drying Process

Writer: Pippa StrachanPippa Strachan

After we cut the stems of our lavender out in the fields, we bunch them together in little bouquets and transport them to our Lavender Barn. Here they'll hang upside down for a couple of weeks until completely dry. We wish you could experience the smell of our barn through these images!

But what happens after the lavender is dry? You'll have to keep an eye on our feed to find out!
